Meet Skyler Reisig, MA Candidate, Clinical Mental Health Counseling

At the Women's Counseling Center of Denver, we believe true change happens when you feel deeply seen, heard and supported. That's exactly the kind of experience Skyler Reisig is committed to creating. As a clinical mental health counseling master's student at Northwestern University with a perfect 4.0 GPA, Skyler brings a rare combination of warmth, clinical knowledge and real-world experience to her work with clients.

A Background Built on Compassionate Service

Before joining our team, Skyler built an impressive foundation working with underserved and vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, older adults and people with physical and intellectual challenges. Her professional experience includes:

  • Providing one-on-one case management services for homeless adults at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless

  • Conducting clinical assessments and creating support plans for seniors and individuals with disabilities at Molina Healthcare of Illinois

  • Investigating and managing cases of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation as a caseworker and supervisor at PATH Crisis

  • Supporting individuals in crisis through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

Education and Professional Training

Skyler is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, a nationally respected program known for its emphasis on evidence-based practices and relational depth. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Session Information

Skyler offers 50-minute individual therapy sessions at a rate of $75 per session. We’re committed to making compassionate, high-quality counseling available to women in Denver who may not otherwise have the opportunity to seek support. Sessions are available both in-person and via secure telehealth, depending on your preference.
